Come join us for the 12th Annual WID Symposium at Build Boston!

This year’s symposium includes a lineup of exciting events with inspiring speakers, fascinating workshops, and the Women in Design Happy Hour to benefit the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund.
 
Keynote Breakfast presenting the New Space and Future Vision of the BSA

With new leadership and the upcoming move to the new headquarters at Atlantic Wharf, this is an exciting time for the BSA! This year’s WID keynote address focuses on the future of the BSA, providing an opportunity for attendees to hear about the new space, the vision for the organization, and to give their feedback.

Laura Wernick, BSA Vice President/President-Elect and Principal of HMFH Architects
Margaret Wigglesworth, BSA Executive Director
Valerie Fletcher, Institute for Human Centered Design, Moderator

Join us for this truly inspiring event and come learn about this year’s WID Award of Excellence winners! Since 2000, this annual award honors individuals, who have exhibited exceptional achievement in person, process, product, and position. Past honorees, Shelia Kennedy AIA, Laura Solano ASLA, and Barbra Batshalom, will present this great award.
 
WID Lounge Happy Hour
4:30-6:00pm
Cost: Free with access to the exhibit floor
Pre-registration for the exhibit floor is free before October 31.
The Women in Design Happy Hour will be held in the BSA lounge located on the exhibit floor.
Come network, mingle and support a great cause. WID will hold a raffle with all proceeds donated to the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund.
