Northeast Energy Efficiency Partnerships (NEEP), in collaboration with the Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources (DOER), is releasing the following Request for Proposals (RFP) for prospective bidders interested in the Massachusetts Commercial Building Benchmarking Pilot. Proposals are due by 5 PM on Tuesday January 10, 2012. Our goal is to award a contract by Tuesday January 31.
