Job Title: Executive Administrator

Reports to: Executive Director

The Boston Society of Architects/AIA (BSA), a nonprofit cultural and professional organization, seeks an experienced executive administrator to join our creative and collaborative twenty-person staff. The ideal candidate for this key full-time role is extremely organized, efficient and detail-oriented, and has previous experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The individual we seek is flexible, proactive and resourceful, experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks and able to work independently with minimal supervision. The ability to interact with staff and members at all levels with a high degree of professionalism is essential to this role. This person must also be skilled in the use of Microsoft Office suite and possess excellent communication and multi-tasking abilities. An understanding of fundraising, nonprofit boards and the building industry are a plus.
