Interior Design Coordinator

CUBE 3 Studio, a leading national design firm, is looking to add an Interior Design Project Coordinator to our dynamic team in our Lawrence, MA office.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated ability to provide support to project teams from Schematic Development through the Construction Document phases. This individual needs an understanding of detailing, finish selection and coordination, proficient drafting, and the desire to learn and grow in the role. Must be able to support the production drawing process and coordinate with the Project Manager on a daily basis. 1-4 years of experience are required along with a degree in Interior Design from an accredited school. LEED accreditation and NCIDQ certification / experience are also beneficial. Experience with multi-family residential and commercial workplace projects is highly desirable.

Excellent interpersonal skills are essential along with a basic understanding of time management to achieve project deadlines and goals on multiple projects. Experience with clients, project meetings, as well as construction administration are a plus. Excellent computer skills, including CAD, Photoshop, Sketchup and Microsoft are required; other programs used include InDesign & Microstation
