Philip Jessup is the Executive Director of the Toronto Atmospheric Fund. Toronto City Council established the Toronto Atmospheric Fund (TAF) in 1991 to finance Toronto-based initiatives that combat global climate change and improve air quality. TAF provides grants and loans and undertakes special projects to advance its mandate. Working with all sectors of the community, and with city departments and  agencies, TAF leverages its resources to develop innovative local actions that lead to significant emission reduction results.
