Trent Lethco is an Associate Planner with Arup’s Transportation Planning Group in New York. Notably, he oversees the work of the Lower Manhattan Street Management project and recently completed a Program Management role of a $20M EIS/EIR transit alternatives analysis for the Bay Area Rapid Transit District. Mr. Lethco he a broad knowledge of program management, transportation planning, policy and funding issues, and has built a thorough understanding of local, state, and federal guidelines for transportation plans and programs. He received his Master’s of Architecture in Urban Planning (Transportation) from the University of California at Los Angeles and a Bachelor’s of Art with Honors in History from the University of California at Berkeley.
