David Quinn has a degree in civil engineering and previously worked with Buro Happold before joining the Building Technology Program at MIT, a multidisciplinary effort between the departments of Architecture, Civil and Environmental Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering. For his master's at MIT he conducted research on housing reconstruction in New Orleans, looking at flows of material, energy and labor at the city scale.
