| Details: | Following a thirteen-day trial in Barnstable County Superior Court in September of 2009, a jury awarded ARCADD, Inc. of Newton approximately $1.5 million in damages resulting from its wrongful termination as the architect of the Falmouth Public High School construction project. The jury also found that ARCADD did not breach the professional standard of care and was responsible for no damages to the Town on its $5 million counterclaim.
