Tsoi/Kobus & Associates’ Peter Longley AIA was appointed to the AIA Contract Documents Committee, serving a 10-year term. The firm’s recent publications include “How to be a great first-time user representative,” by Erik Mollo-Christensen AIA in Lab Design News, and “Please, More Fresh Air for Building Occupants,” by Blake Jackson AIA in Engineering News-Record. Jackson also attended the annual EcoBuild Conference; the firm’s principals and proton therapy planning experts attended the National Proton Conference in Washington, DC, as well as the Proton Therapy Co-Operative Group annual conference in San Diego. The firm’s work on the Duke Cancer Center received a Hobson Award for excellence in healthcare design. The firm continues to partner with Building Impact, The United Way, and BELL (Building Educated Leaders for Life), engaging in monthly volunteer efforts that support and enrich the community.
