Last year, the BSA Building-Industry Job Fair drew more than 500 job-seekers. This event aims to facilitate the often-difficult process of attracting and retaining talented professionals. The BSA Job Fair will include a firm marketplace, where representatives of participating firms will staff tables and meet with prospective employees, and a series of workshops on topics critical to building a career. The event is free and open to all job-seekers.

Suggestions for Attendees:

  • Bring your resume, at least one per employer attending.
  • Bring your portfolio
  • Target your preferred employers first, and then explore the rest.
  • Dress professionally.  Dress as you would for an interview.
  • Have your 60 second commercial ready.  It should cover your name and what type of work you are looking for.
  • Put your resume in the hands of everyone you talk to.
