The Hobson, named for Boston architect Henry Hobson Richardson, is the prize given to honor award winners in each category of the BSA Design Awards. Shaped like a Mobius strip, the prize will be fabricated in a new material each year. For 2011, Form/Function Custom of Rowley, Massachusetts, created the Hobson from blown glass; company owner Ray Iacobacci demonstrates.
