 architectural expression\; it may become law. Daylighting is the first passive  
 design strategy to be mandated by the new International Green Construction  
 Code (IgCC)\, due out this spring. Join the Building Enclosure Council on  
 February 27 at 4:30 PM AT BSA Space (290 Congress Street\, Boston) for a  
 presentation covering how the IgCC requires daylight in buildings and how a  
 building may be designed to comply with these requirements.
