DESCRIPTION:Unintended air leakage through building enclosure boundaries can be related  
 to mechanical system performance\, occupant comfort and health\, condensation  
 and water ingress. Wei Lam PE\, associate principal with Wiss\, Janney\, Elstner  
 Associates\, joins the Building Enclosure Council on March 26 at 4:40 pm at  
 BSA Space (290 Congress Street\, Boston) to present a few case studies  
 illustrating the results of uncontrolled air leakage for range of project  
 types. Lam addresses utilizing performance simulations as well as the ongoing  
 work of an ASHRAE-sponsored research project to gather more information about  
 the air leakage of large buildings.
