 May 21 at noon at BSA Space (290 Congress Street\, Boston) on the Seaport  
 Square project\, the development of 23 acres on Boston's waterfront into a  
 vibrant “Innovation District.” The design\, by Kohn Pederson Fox\, calls  
 for a unique fabric of residences\, shops\, restaurants\, cultural and  
 educational institutions\, hotels and more\; Reid will address the public urban  
 design aspects of the plan\, including the role of streetscape\, building  
 armatures and open spaces
