Since 1942, the Beauport, Sleeper-McCann House (Gloucester) has been open to the public and operated as a museum by Historic New England In 2003 it was designated a national historic landmark. In 2007, Beauport was the recipient of a Save America's Treasures grant from the National Park Service for the purpose of restoring the house’s windows, roof and chimneys. Ben Haavik and Jodi Black join the Historic Resources Committee on June 9 at 8:00 am at The Architects Building to present the technical decisions and project management methods used to restore this extraordinary building.
