At present, U-SoA has more than 337 students, including 230 undergraduate students and 107 graduate students. There are about 60 full and part-time faculty, plus a professional staff of 20, educating and supporting students. More than 50 percent of the School’s students participate in study-abroad programs based in Europe, Asia, the Caribbean and Latin America.

The University of Miami School of Architecture offers the following NAAB-accredited degree programs:

B.Arch. (171 undergraduate credits)
M.Arch I (3-year Track – 105 graduate credits)
M.Arch II (2-year Track – 60 graduate credits)

The next accreditation visit for all programs: 2025-2026.

Admissions requirements differ, whether you are applying for a undergraduate or graduate program. For more information on requirements, please visit our website. Please note, first-year architecture applicants are not required to submit a portfolio but are HIGHLY encouraged to do so.

First-Year Applicants Deadlines

First-year students can choose from four application options: Early Decision I (EDI), Early Action (EA), Early Decision II (EDII), or Regular Decision (RD).
