JUST Label Certifcation

JUST is a certification program through the Living Future Institute used to measure a company's transparency and fair business practices. Living Building Challenge 3.0 certification requires at least one company who is a part of the design team must have a JUST label. Bruner/Cott has been certified since April 2016. I will talk about our experience in the process and discuss how the JUST metrics have helped us shape policies from gender equity to employee satisfaction in the last two years and provide tips to help other firms interested in pursuing certification.

Performance Evaluations: Web-Based or Custom Made?

We have discussed performance evaluations in the past; frequency, legal issues, efficacy. This meeting will focus on whether the web-based solutions offer a better result. Does your firm use an off the shelf product? If so, can you recommend it? Have colleagues responded positively? How do you extract the data you need from the type of review you are using?
