The Finance Wizards will discuss the importance of mentoring and how it helps transition the architectural staff into leadership roles.  Please come prepared to discuss the mentoring program your firm has in place and its successes & challenges.   Please feel free to bring a mentor in your firm along with you for the meeting so that he/she can help us to understand their role.
