Integrated Project Delivery / Lean Roundtable / back to Committee page »

Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) and lean design and construction concepts form the center of this group’s discussion, including non-contractual collaborative project type such as "IPD Lite" which also center on eliminating waste and streamlining the project delivery process. The BSA Integrated Project Delivery / Lean Construction Roundtable provides a place for disparate groups to come together and explore the concepts of Lean and IPD in greater detail. As a roundtable, open discussion is encouraged.
