* Command Aliases for DataCADers and for AutoCADers

Evan will show how to use Command Aliases in DataCAD for quick on-the-fly keyboard shortcuts. He will take that a step further to demonstrate his Aliases for AutoCADers, which takes hundreds of standard AutoCAD commands and makes them work in DataCAD. It can be a big help to training former AutoCADers in DataCAD.

* Training AutoCADers to use DataCAD

Mark is the Boston area this week, doing a training workshop aimed primarily at former AutoCADers learning to use DataCAD. He will bring us some of the challenges and issues he is facing in helping those make that transition.

* New Features of DataCAD 18.04/19 and PaperSpace Development

Mark will present the latest new features incorporated into the newly-released DataCAD 18.04 update (which will become DataCAD 19.00) as well as present the next stage of the development of the PaperSpace viewer in DataCAD, which will allow easier collaboration between AutoCAD consultants and DataCAD offices.

NOTE ON PARKING: Street meter parking is rare -- don't count on it. Underground garage parking is available for flat $12 rate for the entire evening if you arrive anytime after 5 p.m. Electric car charging station (2-Chargepoint on P1 level) may be available, first 3 hours is free.
