Ethical considerations when changing jobs or starting a firm.

Ethics is not often a topic discussed by architects, yet architectural practice is in fact laden with ethical decisions. Indeed, it has been argued by some that architecture is as much an ethical discipline as it is a design discipline. Using the AIA Code of Ethics and Professional Practice as a guide, the ABX workshop explored ethical aspects of authorship and intellectual property that should be considered when changing jobs or when starting a new firm.
