Public Meeting: City of Boston ADUs Zoning Hearing

Below is an update on the proposed City of Boston Additional Dwelling Unit (ADU) pilot for those who have been following the progress:

Last Thursday, the BPDA board approved the pilot to move forward to the Zoning Commission for the changes to the zoning code that would allow ADUs in the three pilot neighborhoods of Mattapan, East Boston, and Jamaica Plain. See the press release here for more details.

The next step in this process is for the Zoning Commission to vote on the zoning changes. The Mayor's Housing Innovation Lab hopes some of you can attend this public meeting. See public notice attached for more information on the meeting.
