Join the LGBTQ Network as we host a few local leaders in the AEC industry who identify as part of the community. Listen and learn as they discuss their careers, what it was like when they started in the industry, how the profession has evolved to be more accepting of the LGBTQ community, as well as where the profession still has to evolve. Following there will be a moderated discussion including submitted questions from the audience, an open Q&A session, and a group discussion about the current state of the community, and how we can help uplift each other and educate others for a more equitable and just profession. All are invited and welcome to the discussion.
