Kick off 2021 with our first virtual WiD Wednesday of the year! ICON Architecture presents Finch Cambridge, completed in August 2020, as the largest new-construction affordable housing development in the City of Cambridge in 40 years. As a Passive House project with a 105 kW PV array on the roof, it will also be one of the most operationally energy efficient buildings in the State. Learn about the benefits of Passive House and resilient design and how to implement these principles into a project.
