Winthrop Center will be Boston’s first Global Class A office building, achieving previously unattainable levels of occupant wellness, connectivity and sustainability. Its human-centered design is grounded in the latest studies on the proven benefits of fresh air, access to outdoor space and touchless experiences for optimal health and productivity. LEED Platinum and WELL Gold-certified and the largest Passive House office building in the world, Winthrop Center’s Global Class A status is transforming how forward-thinking companies are re-imagining their future office space needs.

How has Winthrop Center taken COVID-19-era shifting concerns into account? Kathy and Nicole will share their vision for healthy buildings that will set future standards.

Join us for early networking prior to the conversation.

Client Conversation Series

The BSA Client Conversation series is focused around quarterly themes, spotlighting clients with not only their projects, but their strategies for managing change through development and investment during these complex times. Conversations will span a range of market sectors, and provide insight into the capabilities and skills clients look for when selecting a design team.

Sessions will be hosted by Carole Wedge FAIA LEED AP. Programs will take place the second Tuesday of every month and will be presented in different formats—from panel discussions to interviews, virtual tours and more.
