There have been two recent developments in the world of accessibility requirements for that are noteworthy: ICC A117.1 has been updated for 2019 and includes significant dimensional changes to long-standing requirements, and the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has formally incorporated ICC A117.1-2009 and IBC 2009, -12, -15, and -18 as additional Fair Housing Act "safe harbors."
