About Hacin

Hacin is a multi-disciplinary architecture and design firm dedicated to design excellence and client service. The firm collaborates with clients to create compelling design that resonates with meaning, clarity of intent and a strong sense of place. Our team approaches each design problem by examining and often reinterpreting the physical and social context of a particular site and program to find pragmatic yet unexpected solutions.

Hacin’s core vision of design and service without boundaries reflects our commitment to the highest standards of professional practice and dedication to all aspects of the creative process without any prescribed limitations on project type, budget, approach, or outcome. Working with private individuals and all manner of commercial, public, non-profit, and institutional organizations, we serve our clients’ needs in ways that consistently exceed expectations, build trust and invite long-term partnership and collaboration.

Working at all scales, our services include architecture and interior design; graphic design and branding; adaptive reuse and historic preservation. The firm is led by its President and Creative Director, David J. Hacin, FAIA with support from a team of principals and talented design and management professionals.

Hacin is LGBTQ-owned: NGLCC (National LGBT Chamber of Commerce) as a Certified LGBT Business Enterprise® (Certified LGBTBE®).
