About Jill Neubauer Architects
The architects at Jill Neubauer Architects offer personal attention in the creation of homes of the Cape Cod, Islands, and New England region. Our projects vary from modern to historic, both in new structures and renovations.
We work very closely with our clients to build effective personal relationships that we maintain throughout the process. We strive to understand each client’s unique set of goals for their property so that we may successfully realize them; these criteria become the driving force of the design process.
The final building, like every other aspect of it, is the result of our dedication to create the appropriate response to the interests of the client and the context in which the structure exists.
JNA collaborates with consultants, landscape architects, and engineers to build an effective team. The design team, including a landscape architect, enriches a project and ensures that the structure complements the client's property by focusing on the relationship of space to each special site. We consider views and sight lines, sunlight, breezes, and environmental fragility in orienting and designing to ensure that the entire property is incorporated into the design.
