At William Lee Architect & Associates, we believe thoughtful analysis and creative talent are essential elements for great design. We believe that complex program challenges are solved by the collaborative process which results in elegant and inspired design. And we believe that the successful building form has the ability to delight the senses and resonate with the human spirit.
We bring extensive design experience to each project while acknowledging the architectural heritage of each building's context. We work to create spaces that are dramatic and those that are intimate. We investigate spatial adjacencies and hierarchies as they relate to form, function and beauty. Our goal is to create thoughtful and inspired design through the built form.
William Lee Architect and Associates was established in 1990. Bill Lee is a registered architect, a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), the Boston Society of Architects (BSA) and is a certificate holder of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).
William Lee Architect & Associates has extensive experience with custom residential architecture in the Boston Metropolitan Area, South Shore, Cape and the Islands. Our firm offers a comprehensive source of design and technical service and will guide the client through the design and construction process. Services include new construction, additions to existing buildings, renovations and restorations. We work with professional engineers to bring a full spectrum of professional talent to each project.
