Flansburgh is seeking Project Managers with five to ten or more years experience, licensed or in-progress, in a design-oriented office. This role is responsible for the technical development of project construction document production through all phases of the design process, with input from the Design Principal. The Project Manager reviews, tracks, and addresses team member’s and consultants day‐to‐day questions or issues that may arise concerning drawing coordination, organization, and detailing. Ability to multi‐task, establish priorities, communicate well with the team, be knowledgeable in production and detailing of construction documentation, and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment are essential. A five-year bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Architecture and advanced knowledge of drafting and 3-D rendering software (Vectorworks, Twinmotion preferred) are required. Excellent communication and leadership skills are required. A licensed/registered architect is strongly preferred.
