Architect Project Manager
Context Architecture is looking for an Architect/Project Manager with 9+ years’ experience. Ideal candidates must have experience with administrative supervision while planning and developing major projects from a design, production and/or management perspective. Strong personal skills and abilities to initiate and maintain relationships with clients and consultants are desired. Position will have responsibility for overseeing and contributing to project design and planning, tracking budgets, manpower utilization, staffing, and scheduling. Required experience and skills include: a track record of successful project management, experience with Revit, good presentation, writing and verbal skills and a must possess and architectural license.
Experience with BIM 360 is preferable but not required. LEED experience is encouraged.
