We are seeking a talented Interior Designer/Architect with 6-8 years experience and a passion for design to join our collaborative team. With a focus on commercial interiors, we provide our clients with efficient design that seamlessly integrates vision and philosophy with function and productivity.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.

This is a Full Time position with a schedule of 8:30 – 5:30, Monday – Friday.

Responsibilities:

Active in all phases of project

Generate drawings, create finish schemes / finish boards

Assist with detailed design concepts

Attend client meetings (both in person and virtual)

Manage interactions with general contractor

Lead smaller projects

Provide support on larger team projects

Active in construction observation and submittal reviews

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited school

6-8 years related professional experience

Professional experience in Revit 2017 or higher

Experience with a Rendering & Visualization Add-on software for Revit like Enscape

Proficient/Experienced in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator is required

Proficient/Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite

Familiar with Bluebeam Revu

Knowledge of AutoCad a plus

Experience working on project teams

Prior experience visiting sites under construction

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong design skills in all phases of work and production

Excellent organization and attention to detail

Desire to grow into a larger role as a Project Manager is a plus
