PROJECT MANAGER - 2 POSITIONS AVAILABLE
The Project Manager position will be responsible for leading a number of small teams, typically 2-5 people, through the overall design and documentation process. Responsibilities will include team management, consultant and client coordination, design schedule management, and reviewing progress on the overall project documentation. Responsibilities will extend into the construction administration phase.
Candidates must be proficient in building envelope detailing, preferably in wood-framed multifamily construction. Strong communication and organizations skills a must. Revit experience not required, but strongly recommended.
Candidates shall possess a B.Arch and/ or M.Arch with 10 - 12 years US experience after completion of school and must be eligible to work in the US.
PROJECT ARCHITECT - 2 POSITIONS AVAILABLE
The Project Architect position will be responsible for developing the design of the project from its initial inception. The candidate will be responsible for preparing presentations to clients and for public review while remaining with the project through all phases of documentation.
The applicant must be proficient in Revit and bring strong technical background in residential wood frame construction and detailing. Strong communication and organizational skills and the ability to work well on small teams is required. Working knowledge of SketchUp and Adobe Suite not required, but a strong plus.
Candidates shall possess a B.Arch and/ or M.Arch with 5 - 8 years US experience after completion of school and must be eligible to work in the US.
INTERIOR ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTER - 1 POSITION AVAILABLE
The Interior Architect and Designer position will work on small teams to produce construction drawings and details for residential and light commercial & retail design projects.
The applicant must be proficient in Revit, with a working knowledge of residential construction, interior detailing, and applicable codes. Candidates should also be well organized and precise, with experience in assembling construction drawing sets in Revit. Primary responsibilities will be to assist Architect and Interior Designer in the development and production of Contract Drawings consisting of finish floor plans, RCP’s, enlarged plans and interior elevations, and schedules.
Candidates shall have 2 -5 years US experience after completion of school and must be eligible to work in the US.
