About This Position

Dyer Brown is seeking to add to our high-performing, fast-moving, and tight knit team. We are an architecture and interior design team headquartered in Boston with over 50+ years in business and a solid local and national reputation. Joining our firm will engage you in a wide variety of client types and the opportunity to substantively contribute to our firm while growing your career among talented, thoughtful design professionals.

We are currently seeking an experienced marketing coordinator with 3-­5+ years of experience, preferably in the A/E/C industry to join our Creative Services team. Responsibilities will include:

  • Production of proposals, qualification packages, presentations and related graphics for marketing materials (digital/print) that maintain the company brand/messaging
  • Assisting with communications/PR initiatives and social media
  • Assisting with the coordination of photography shoots
  • Ongoing maintenance of CRM system (Deltek Vision) to capture current opportunities and leads
  • Research and data generation
  • Website maintenance

This person will work closely with the firm’s leadership team, senior staff and project managers. The ideal marketing professional will enjoy working closely with teams, seek to grow in the in the A/E/C industry, and display strong experience and proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Office tools and Deltek Vision.


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field
  • The ability to operate under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • A sound understanding of the principles of marketing
  • A knowledge base in social media and how they can be integrated into a marketing plan
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks when needed
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, writing, editing, and computer skills
  • An aptitude for creating, choosing, and organizing images and typography in such a way that supports the Dyer Brown brand.
