We are seeking a talented individual to join our team. You will be collaborating on the design and documentation of multiple projects in various phases. Our ideal candidate has five years of post-graduate experience, is registered or on track to be registered, and is capable of performing as Project Architect on small- to medium-sized projects.

Required experience includes:

• Design in all phases (schematic design through construction documentation)
• Independently manage simple design problems
• Coordination with engineering and other consultants
• Overseeing small teams
• Construction administration
• Construction detailing (interior and exterior) experience is highly advantageous

Required skills include:

• Working directly with clients and consultants to develop solutions
• Clear communication skills, both verbally and written
• Producing clear and effective construction documents
• Revit proficiency in a professional office setting
• Familiarity with AutoCAD
• Familiarity with the Adobe Suite, Bluebeam, Procore, and Microsoft 365
• Experience with 3D rendering is highly advantageous
