We are seeking a talented and creative Project/Design Architect who is passionate about designing spaces that inspire socializing, connecting, and enjoying life. Candidates should have strong Revit skills and project management experience, and a desire to be in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Create designs for restaurant and entertainment concepts across the East Coast
• Lead projects from concept to construction administration
• Collaborate with team members
• Build Revit and Enscape models
• Develop design details with a heavy focus on millwork
• Produce, plan, organize, and manage the production of clear and concise construction documents
• Coordinate design, engineering, and construction efforts
• Perform construction administration including attending construction meetings, reviewing submittals, answering RFI’s and representing the design and office in the field
• Manage relationships with clients, engineers, and contractors

Qualifications

• Professional Architecture degree is required
• Professional architecture license or licensure track is highly preferred
• High proficiency in Revit, minimum 6 years professional work experience
• Worked on a team or individually creating the construction documents for a commercial building
• Organized and precise
• Creative and innovative
• Enjoy working within a strongly collaborative team
• Strong communication and relationships skills
• Ability to travel

Compensation includes a signing bonus. Salary is commensurate with experience.
