About This Position

Be a part of our growing team! Work closely with us and our clients on Life Science projects both locally and nationally.

We are currently seeking creative and talented candidates with a minimum of 15 years of professional experience with strong technical and Revit skills. You will work closely with our team in a collaborative environment on one or more Life Science projects.

The Senior Project Architect will be responsible for technical execution of project design from inception through construction. The Senior Project Architect is responsible for conducting architectural studies, developing design concepts and design criteria, and preparing reports, calculations, and detailed design and construction drawings. The Senior Project Architect provides leadership to the project team which includes coordinating with outside consultants.


What You’ll Do:

  • Provide technical leadership for significant aspects of building design from feasibility/concept design all the way through construction administration
  • Manage architectural documentation process and Revit modeling
  • Lead and coordinate engineering consultant teams
  • Foster and participate in a collaborative professional environment
  • Serve as a mentor to junior staff and a leader on our team

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of relevant Life Sciences experience
  • Professional degree in Architecture required
  • Fully competent in all aspects of architectural processes
  • Revit proficiency required
  • AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam Revu proficiency preferred
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent graphic skills required
  • Demonstrates collaborative and professional work ethic
  • High energy and positive attitude is a must
