About This Position

Design innovation & sustainability are at the heart of all of our work. The studio's Harvard Square location provides ease of access from many places.

  • The Senior Designer must be motivated to help the Project Manager lead the collaborative team.
  • All candidates must be comfortable coordinating and communicating project information with consultants and the client.
  • Ability to research products and code specifications and is able to incorporate that information into technical documentation.
  • Must be able to prepare project designs using multiple graphic tools and software.
  • Helps to provide guidance and training to the less experienced on the project team.
  • Under the direction of the Project Manager and Principle, prepares design presentations for client approvals and public meetings.
  • Incorporates integrated sustainable design solutions into projects.

The Ideal candidate must have the following skills for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
  • Professional registration and progress toward licensure and LEED certification is preferred but not required
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a professional setting designing architectural projects
  • Candidates must be proficient in Revit designing in a professional setting
  • Excellent writing, verbal skills and presentation skills are beneficial
  • Experience in designing all phases of work from concept through construction administration
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative, Blue Beam, Revit, AutoCAD
  • Ability to assist, guide and train less experienced members of the team
