RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS

- Project lead designer on residential renovation-design projects and new-builds; direct client communication

- Team member with internal interior design team to incorporate interiors component

- Create and lead a collaborative design-build team - partnering with builders, structural engineers, landscape architect and the client

- See your project through from beginning to final build

- Daily interaction with general contractors and sub-contractors, on-site construction phase design management; problem-solving and attention to creative detail in the construction phase; You have the opportunity to see your work come to life!

- Directing REVIT and CAD development of detailed working construction plans

- Project budget development and site construction administration

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

- Highly skilled in REVIT, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam

- 5-10 years in a firm with residential architecture services

- Architect with minimum of 5 years licensure is preferred

- Thorough understanding of residential construction methodologies and detailing – strong preference given to those with site admin. and/or construction experience

- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in a small-team, fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and team-based orientation

- Local Boston area residents with local vendor and client contacts preferred
