We are currently seeking two candidates to join our growing residential design team. Both candidates should be self-driven within a very collaborative environment. Important attributes for both candidates include strong design skills, understanding of residential construction detailing, excellent communication skills (both verbal and in writing), strong organizational skills and interest in a creative, collaborative and fun studio environment. Enthusiasm and a good sense of humor required! LEED AP for homes and/or Passive House Certification a strong plus.

Project Architect / Project Manager with 7+ years of experience working on high-end residential projects. Candidate to have the interest and ability to coordinate all phases of a project from inception to completion. Candidate would lead an in-office team through the production of Design Development and Construction Drawings and therefore must have solid technical / detailing skills. Candidate would be the main conduit between clients, contractors and consultants through all phases of the project.

Junior Architect with 3-5 years of experience in residential design and construction drawing and detailing. Candidate to be proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and Sketch-up. (Photoshop a plus). Opportunity to quickly advance in a small mentor-based atmosphere.
