We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for growing our Construction Management division. Someone who has the capacity for empathy and support as well as the ability to speak with great candor and address sensitive situations directly, with a consultative approach.
Position requires equal parts research and outbound communication (phone, meetings/in-person presentations). Training will be provided. Long term ambitions of business development preferred. Salary + commissions + bonus + 100% company paid benefits offered. High-income potential.
Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas in a concise, articulate manner in person, over the phone and in written format. Must demonstrate willingness to persevere through difficult assignments.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years’ experience in the staffing industry OR 3+ years’ experience in business development within the A/E/C industry.
