We seek creative, motivated individuals to join our highly collaborative and growing practice. We have a variety of current projects and needs, ranging from culturally-significant academic buildings and a museum project on Massachusetts campuses, to house-doctor contracts with DCAMM and state universities.
At the present, we are in a hybrid work mode – averaging 3 days a week in our downtown Boston office.

Candidates should have the following qualifications:

• Designer or Architect with 4-7 years of professional experience
• Strong conceptual design and technical skills
• Experience in the development of Construction Documents, preferably in Revit
• Proficiency with Revit in a professional environment
• Consultant coordination experience is advantageous
• Owner interaction experience is advantageous
• Strong communication (visual and verbal), organizational, and collaborative skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently, but also enjoys working in a collaborative setting
• B. Arch or M. Arch degree or equivalent
