We seek creative, motivated individuals to join our highly collaborative and growing practice. We have a variety of current projects and needs, ranging from culturally-significant academic buildings and a museum project on Massachusetts campuses, to house-doctor contracts with DCAMM and state universities.
At the present, we are in a hybrid work mode – averaging 3 days a week in our downtown Boston office.
Candidates should have the following qualifications:
- Designer or Architect with 4-7 years of professional experience
- Strong conceptual design and technical skills
- Experience in the development of Construction Documents, preferably in Revit
- Proficiency with Revit in a professional environment
- Consultant coordination experience is advantageous
- Owner interaction experience is advantageous
- Strong communication (visual and verbal), organizational, and collaborative skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently, but also enjoys working in a collaborative setting
- B. Arch or M. Arch degree or equivalent
