We are currently seeking a full-time Architectural Designer with 1 – 3 years of residential design and production experience. The role includes design opportunities, project drafting, production, presentation and documentation. Revit and Lumion are key programs used in the position. Communication, detail orientation, self-starting and a desire to learn and grow are valued skills. Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for project document and presentation delivery.
- Modeling, rendering and project design.
- Ability to manage time and deadlines, communicate throughout the project team and contribute to office and at project sites.
- Existing conditions verification and production
- Material selection, presentation and scheduling.
- Demonstrated passion for design with proven design strengths in custom residential design and a desire to grow, learn and be an integral part of the team.
- Proficiency in communication (listening, written and visual)
Qualifications:
- Professional Degree (B. Arch or M. Arch)
- 1-3 years of architectural design and production experience.
- Revit and Adobe suite proficiency, Lumion and Microsoft office.
