Hacin + Associates is an award-winning architecture, graphic and interior design studio located in the SOWA district of Boston’s South End neighborhood. H+A is looking for someone to join our 25+ person team to provide marketing support. The position will be full time (with some flexibility in schedule depending on skills and circumstances of the candidate). The ideal person for this role will have a positive energy, superb interpersonal skills, a good eye for presentation, a get-it-done attitude, and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work both on a team and independently.

• Maintaining project marketing materials
• Participates in the creation of project marketing materials including writing, coordinating, and some layout work
• Ensures that office marketing materials are consistent with firm-wide branding efforts
• Helps manage office website
• Supports the Principal and project managers in the production of proposals, qualifications, and other marketing collateral
• Supports project managers with preparing and assembling materials for client presentations and interviews
• Coordinates award submissions and maintains the awards calendar
• Maintains marketing database, including archive of press
• Assists with business development activities
• Maintains the office address book and mailing lists
• Helps with coordination of office and social events
• Helps with presentations as required
• Assumes some front desk responsibilities, taking on the role of being the ‘face of the office’, and greeting visitors.


• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related concentration
• Familiarity with the Architecture/Engineering/Design industry
• Strong fluency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Intermediate skill level with Adobe InDesign
• Familiarity with other Adobe Software like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good eye for layout of print and digital marketing materials
• Superb interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines with little oversight

Bonus skills:
• Wordpress CMS familiarity
• Social Media management
• Familiarity with methods of print and electronic production and materials delivery
• Familiarity with photo editing, and/or photo shoot management is a plus
• Graphic Design abilities
• Hospitality and a welcoming personality
