Beacon Architectural Associates (BAA) is a 15-person firm located in Boston’s historic Leather District. We are seeking an organized and energetic multi-tasker to take on our Office Administrator position. The Office Administrator is the first person to greet visitors and is responsible for managing day-to-day office administration operations during normal business hours from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Responsibilities include:
• Greet visitors
• Manage incoming calls
• Receive and distribute incoming packages & mail
• Prepare outgoing packages & mail
• Assistance with general correspondence, accounts payable & invoicing
• Assistance with marketing and PR
• Manage office supply inventory & procurement
• Manage staff calendars
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign
