Job Description:
This position represents a great opportunity for an architect seeking to be part of a growing award-winning design oriented firm. This position offers an opportunity to be on an Associate or Principal track, depending on the candidate’s level of skill and experience. The firm is looking for someone who is interested in a long term commitment to the firm, which will be rewarded over time with excellent opportunities for professional advancement and growth.

Candidates will ideally have 10+ years of experience. The role of this position is to be actively engaged in the DD – CA phases as a Project Architect / Project Manager on projects of various scales. As a “hands-on” oriented office, our PA /PMs are directly involved in the management and production of CDs and supervising CA. In addition, this position requires managing teams as well as guiding more junior PMs and staff. We seek someone who can serve as a mentor and leader within the office.

The ideal candidate has a love for the craft of building, bringing poetic expression to finely detailed projects while respecting client’s budgets, schedules and project parameters. Recognizing that design is part of all project phases, this candidate will be offered the opportunity to have a significant impact in further enhancing the firm’s design and production processes, especially as the firm’s projects continue to grow in scale and complexity.

The culture of the firm is highly collegial, while being deeply committed to exceeding client expectations. A high EQ, positive attitude and exceptional work ethic are key. Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills are required. The office uses REVIT and AutoCAD for drawings, Sketch-Up and Rhino for design modeling. Expertise in one or more platforms is required.
