What We Are Looking For:
With two locations and a diverse, interdisciplinary design portfolio, Analogue Studio is looking for a mid-senior level Project Manager/Architect with 5+ years of experience to join our team of multi-creatives. Our ideal candidate has strong project management and design skills to add strength to our team for the next phase of growth.

What You Will Do:
• Oversee commercial, academic, restaurant and/or hospitality interior architecture and new construction projects
• Develop and realize design concepts for these projects through an iterative and collaborative process
• Tailor these design concepts to the project constraints to balance design impact, cost and constructability
• Interface with our clients and build trust in the relationship throughout the design and construction process
• Plan and direct the work of in-house and consultant teams
• Review the work of engineers and the consultant team for coherence with the overall design intent
• Lead the architectural construction administration process to ensure design intent
• Share their expertise and perspective with junior staff

What is Required:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in an architectural practice (licensed MA Architect preferred), with 1 year in a leadership position
• Strong design/conceptual experience in commercial interiors, higher education, restaurant/hospitality, and mixed-use – interior design, detailing, and technical expertise preferred, but not required
• Expertise in AutoCAD/Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Office (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, Rhino and/or VRay is a plus!)
• Experience leading projects from design through construction shifting between different project types and phases
• Desire to work in a dynamic environment, with the motivation and drive to deliver exceptional work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
