BSA Space opening reception

Join What’s In? and the BSA for an opening reception at BSA Space (290 Congress Street, Boston) celebrating the temporary installation of a full-scale micro-housing unit in the Waterfront Square lobby of Atlantic Wharf.

What’s In? aims to find appropriate design responses to an emerging urban living environment, where city-living is preferred but prohibitively costly for many people. As part of the initiative’s goal to develop smaller, affordable and more efficient living spaces, What’s In designers built a full-scale mockup of a 300 square foot apartment, first displayed at the BSA’s ABX conference in November 2012. The model unit now comes to Atlantic Wharf and will be on display there from February 11 through March 8.

The reception is free and open to the public; click "register" to RSVP. The exhibit is sponsored in part by ADD Inc, Suffolk Construction and Boston Properties.
