Design Speaks: Loeb Fellow Allison Williams FAIA, LEED AP

Join the BSA and Harvard’s Loeb Fellowship program for an evening with 1987 Loeb fellow and internationally recognized architect Allison Williams FAIA, LEED AP, on Tuesday, November 27, at 6:00 pm at BSA Space (290 Congress Street, Boston).

In a career spanning more than 30 years in corporate practice, Williams has designed significant large-scale projects in the San Francisco Bay Area, nationally and internationally. The breadth of Williams' work spans civic, corporate and cultural facilities, places for research and education, and mixed-use and high density developments. Her studio design leadership has influenced the work of both Skidmore Owings & Merrill and Perkins+Will. Her work is an inventive convergence of technology, sustainability and beauty, expressive of cultural traditions, climate and relevance to local and global societal values and environmental issues.

From a point of view outside and beyond her familiar boundaries of corporate practice, Williams will revisit the work from a personal perspective.

Light refreshments will be served. Click "register" to attend.
