Family Tour with Learning By Design

November is Bridge Month! As a tie in to Learning by Design in Massachusett's Family Design Day: Boston Bridges, Civil Engineer Reed Brockman leads this 2 hour tour of the bridges of Fort Point Channel. Bridges that slide, bridges that swing, bridges that swivel? They are all here on Fort Point Channel. Reed will share with us these marvels of engineering.

Dress for the weather and with comfortable shoes. The Fort Point Tour lasts 2 hours but Reed will continue on to the Zakim Bridge for the adventurous. This Family Program is designed for parents and children ages 5 and above, a maximum ratio of 1 adult per 3 children will be required. We will meet at BSA Space, one block from South Station. Program begins promptly at start time. Bridge Month continues with hands-on Bridge Design on November 16th.

The event is free but registration is required.
